• Communications: If you contact us, we may retain your email address and the content of your messages.

• Usage data: How you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and generation activity. This helps us improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.

We will complete this process within thirty (30) days, except where we are required to retain certain data for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records, dispute resolution).

7.2 Automatic Deletion for Inactive Accounts

If your account has been idle for a continuous period of six (6) months (no log-in and no activity), we may delete your account and all associated data. Before doing so, we will endeavour to send a notification to the email address on file, giving you an opportunity to log in or contact us to retain your data.

"Idle" means no successful authentication and no use of the Service (e.g., no generations, no compositions, no asset uploads). If you wish to keep your account active, logging in periodically is sufficient.
